After the enormous success with the SX-60 and the SX-150 firewalls, Sweden's leading developer in firewalls and email security appliances now rises to the challenge to produce the greenest enterprise firewall on the market. The all-new SX-250 features ten gigabit ethernet ports and two USB-ports for 3G-modem failover functionality and a new and easier to use menu system for direct access to firewall settings.
The SX-250 is green as green can be. With a brand new system kernel and some innovative design work, the SX-250 only consumes 75 watts of power when utilizing all ten gigabit ethernet ports at wire speed throughput. That’s only 7,5 watt per port which is by far the best on the market.
